1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" (as amended) and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2. The Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal data of users of the website usynti.com (hereinafter — the Website).

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

3.1. Personal data from the contact form is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Processing user requests and inquiries

Organizing and conducting product demonstrations

Providing information about the Operator's products and services

Establishing business contacts

3.2. Technical data is used to analyze website traffic and improve its performance.

4. Data Storage and Protection

4.1. Personal data is stored on cloud provider servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.2. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and safety of personal data, including:

4.4. In the event of a personal data security breach, the Operator notifies the authorized body — the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan — within one business day of discovery, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device. Cookies are used to ensure the Website's operation and collect anonymized traffic statistics.

5.2. The user has the right to disable cookies in their browser settings. This may affect the functionality of certain Website features.

Request correction, blocking or destruction of their personal data

Withdraw consent to personal data processing

Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body or court

8. Changes to the Policy

8.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to users.

8.3. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes the user's agreement with the updated Policy.
